Functional disorders, including different pain syndromes, in particular migraine and other types of headache, still represent a
therapeutic problem with no satisfactory solution.
PSYCHOFONIE® is a new therapeutic procedure using the regular effect of auditory stimuli in the form of
the brain activity of the respective patient which has been converted to sound. The therapeutic success achieved so far, in
particular in cases of migraine, has helped the procedure to become established in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Apart
from the success rates reaching 80%, major factors were the easy handling and absence of side effects.
Many patients who received help in this way after many unsuccessful therapies indicate that this therapeutic possibility has been
insufficiently propagated so far. They encourage us to make the information accessible to many more persons concerned.
